Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking about buying Paleo Diet Smoothies, there
weren’t many real reviews around for any simple paleo smoothie recipes so I thought I’d write one quickly to help any of you who are in the same position I was. But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

I just recently started converting to a more Paleo diet and as a everyday smoothie lover, I had to try this book. This book is one of the best investments I’ve made on my path to better health. With 201 smoothie recipes in the collection, it contains some of the tastiest and unique smoothies I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a raw foodie, a vegetarian, wanting to de-acidify your body or simply someone who’s trying to improve their health, you’ll find delicious smoothies in here to suit your taste. There are even smoothie recipes for kids.
Go Paleo, and you’ll eat a lot of fresh lean meats and fish, fruits, and vegetables, and healthier fats.
You can also eat:

You can’t eat any processed foods on this diet. And since our ancestors were hunter-gatherers, not farmers, say goodbye to wheat and dairy, along with other grains and legumes (such as peanuts and beans). Other foods to avoid:

- Refined vegetable oils, such as canola
Many of us love a good smoothie, both as a meal replacement and a snack. Generally, however, they are not recommended for those seeking to follow Paleolithic nutrition.
