Ingredients:

1 large red or granny smith apple (cored and sliced)
1 cup apple juice
1 container (small – single serving size) vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute like Equal
1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender add all ingredients and blend on high for one minute or until desired consistency is reached.

1 cup frozen blueberries

2. Combine cold water with ice.

3. Add with cool whip to mixture in blender until smooth.

Coconut Banana Smoothie

You don’t have to use coconut milk in this recipe, you can use regular milk if you prefer. You can also substitute a different fruit. For example, you could use oranges instead of bananas.

3/4 cup coconut milk
2 medium sized bananas
