Bananarama Smoothie Popsicles

What kid doesn't enjoy a popsicle in the middle of the summer heat? Put a spin on the traditional frozen treat and let your children enjoy a popsicle made from a smoothie mix. You can feel good about giving them this as a treat. It's a great alternative to the sugary popsicles or ice cream found in the stores.

    1 banana
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
    dash of milk

Simply place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

Once you've blended the ingredients pour into popsicle molds and let freeze.  Don't have popsicle mods? You can also use an ice cube tray or even paper cups will work! (Fill cups or tray and when half frozen and slushy like insert a popsicle stick and leave until fully frozen).
