Cool Me Off Citrus

This isn’t a smoothie recipe but it’s a great summer drink.
Ingredients:
32 ounces grapefruit juice (ruby red or pink), divided
16 ounces pineapple juice
6 ounces frozen orange juice concetrate (thawed and undiluted)
16 ounces chilled lime-flavored sparkling mineral water
Directions:
Take 20 ounces of the grapefruit juice and pour into ice trays and freeze.
Take the remaining grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate and stir well.
Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
Right before serving stir in lime-flavored mineral water.
Remove frozen grapefruit ice trays and place 3 cubes in a glass (or however many glasses you are serving) and pour in fruit juice mixture.
