Peach Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup peach nectar
1 peach
1 banana
3/4 cup pineapple
3/4 cup papaya
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
1. In a Vita-Mix blender add all ingredients.
2. Blend on high until smooth.

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups strawberries
ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a Vita-Mix blender add the orange juice and milk.
2. Add the yogurt, strawberries and ice cubes.
3. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached.

1/3 cup apple juice
1 medium banana
3 pineapple rings
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. In a Vita-Mix blender add the orange and apple juice.
2. Add the honey, banana and pineapple.
3. Pulse for a few minutes to chop up the fruit.
4. Add the ice and blend on high until smooth.
This isn’t a ‘normal’ smoothie but it certainly sounds interesting! If you give this one a try let me know what you think. It sounded good until I read the egg substitute part – that’s certainly quite an odd ingredient to throw in there.

1 cup strawberries
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute

1. In a Vita-Mix blender add all ingredients.
2. Pulse for a few minutes to chop up the fruit.
3. Blend on high until smooth.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dole frozen 100% juice (orange strawberry banana blend)
6 ounces strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup ice

In a Vita-Mix blender add the orange strawberry banana blend juice.
Add yogurt.
Add strawberries and banana.
Add the ice.
Pulse the blender to chop up the fruit. Then blend on high until desired consistency is reached.

3/4 cup cranberry juice
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup ice

In a Vita-Mix blender add the cranberry and pomegranate juice.
Add the frozen blueberries, frozen yogurt & ice.
Pulse the blender for a few minutes to chop up the fruit.
Blend on high until desired consistency is reached.

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup Dole frozen 100% juice (orange peach mango blend)
1/2 cup ice

In a Vita-Mix blender add the orange peach mango blend juice first and then frozen mango chunks and ice.
Pulse the blender for a few minutes to chop up the fruit.
Now blend on high for a few minutes until desired consistency is reached.

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup frozen peach slices
6 ounces fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
Add pineapple juice first then peaches, yogurt and ice to a Vita-Mix blender.
Pulse the blender a few times to chop the fruit.
Now blend on high until you see no visible chunks.

1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup raspberries
2 kiwis
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Peel and cut kiwis in half.
Add all ingredients to a Vita-Mix blender.
Blend on high until smooth.

1/2 cup white grape juice
1/4 cup seedless grapes
