Banana and Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen fruit
6-8 oz plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 of a banana
4-5 ounces soy milk
dash of vanilla
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a Vita-Mix blender.
Make sure lid is tightly in place.
Blend on high until smooth.
