Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large red or granny smith apple (cored and sliced)
1 cup apple juice
1 container (small – single serving size) vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute like Equal
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
In a Vita-Mix blender add all ingredients and blend on high for one minute or until desired consistency is reached.
