Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit (cut up)
3 cups low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk (can substitute with fruit juice if you prefer)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a Vita-Mix blender and blend on high until smooth.
