An Eskimos Treat

This is a great smoothie to have on a nice warm day because of the frozen fruits.  It's the middle of winter where I'm at but regardless of that this is still a wonderful smoothie!

1 frozen peach
10 frozen blueberries
1 (6 oz) container frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 TBSP pecans, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Place the peach and blueberries into a Vita-Mix blender.

Now add the yogurt and pulse a couple of times.

Add the milk, pecans and vanilla.

Sprinkle in the salt.

Blend until just smooth or desired consistency.
