Greek Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Some people say that they don’t like the texture of Greek yogurt as it tends to be thicker than other yogurt. When you add it to a smoothie, you won’t get the texture because it will be blended with everything else.

This recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup blueberries
4 large strawberries
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon honey (more of less depending on how sweet you want the taste to be)

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.

Serve immediately.
