Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
(this recipe makes one serving)

2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
8 ounces milk
1/2 whole green apple, seeded and cut into pieces
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
Dash ground cinnamon

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Berry Julius Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberry yogurt
3/4 cup milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup powdered milk

Directions

Combine yogurt and milk in a Vita-Mix blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Here’s a delicious alternative to strawberry cheesecake, but it tastes just like it.

Ingredients:

10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries
3 ounces cream cheese
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.

Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

Here is another smoothie perfect for the crisp Fall weather.

(Serving Size: 1)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop protein powder (vanilla works best)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon agave
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice
cinnamon
whip cream

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender, place all ingredients (except Cinnamon).

Puree until smooth.

Add some whip cream and cinnamon on top and enjoy!

Mighty Cherry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 cup cherry juice
1 cup yogurt
1 cup strawberries
1 cup cherries
1 cup ice

1 cup vanilla yogurt
10 strawberries
2 bananas
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup

Pumpkin Pie Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic pumpkin pie mix
1 cup unsweetened, almond milk (or make your own)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 large carrot, chopped
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
2 frozen bananas

Directions:

Slice the banana and let the thaw for a few minutes. Blend on high until smooth. Makes approximately 22 ounces.

Ingredients:

3 cups very cold milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3 sliced bananas
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Place all of the ingredients in a large blender (in batches if neccessary) and blend until thick and frothy.

Pour into chilled glasses.

8 ounces coffee yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
6 ice cubes

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender, place all ingredients.

Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Serve immediately.

Non-Alcholic Lime Margarita Smoothie

This is a fun recipe to make for kids.

Ingredients:

1 package lime Jell-O gelatin (small package)
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits (canned or you can use fresh)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
ice cubes

Directions:

In a Vita-Mix blender, add the jello and boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds.

Now add the pineapple, milk, ice cream and handful of ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
