Soymilk takes some getting used to but when you mix it with other things, like in this recipe, it's easier to drink it.
3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
1/4 cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate
2 cups unsweetened frozen peach slices
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1 cup small ice cube or crushed ice
In a Vita-Mix blender, combine soy milk and juice concentrate; add peach slices and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
4 oz. pineapple chunks
8 oz. soy milk, any flavor
1 carrot
3 oz. pineapple juice
1" piece ginger, peeled
Honey - to taste
Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix blender container and blend until everything is smooth. Add ice if you like it frosty. The ginger adds the "zip".

1 to 1 1/2 frozen banana
4 to 5 frozen or fresh strawberries
splash non-fat soy or other nut milk
