1 tablespoon onion, minced
6 ice cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Now blend just slightly to mix in the seasoning.

You Should Of Had a Smoothie

I personally haven’t tried this one. It’s another one of those recipes that has some interesting ingredient combinations. Leave a comment letting me know what you think if you give it a try.

Ingredients:

2 cups vegetable juice
1/2 cup carrot juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 spinach leaves
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
12 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Pour vegetable and carrot juice into Vita-Mix blender.
2. Add the hot sauce and lemon juice.
3. Add the spinach leaves.
4. Sprinkle in the parsley.
5. Carefully add the ice cubes.
6. Blend until mixture is creamy or desired consistency.

Note: If you like thicker smoothies, don’t blend for too long. Blending breaks down the ingredients. Chop the spinach to help blend them faster.
