Coconut Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 of a banana
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut (from a health food store)
almonds – handful
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix blender.
Blend on high for one minute or until desired consistency is reached.
