Avocado Banana Berry Smoothie

I came across this recipe and was intrigued by it. I haven't had the chance to try it yet so if you make it please leave a comment letting me know what you think of it.
half of a ripe avocado
1 to 1 1/2 frozen banana
4 to 5 frozen or fresh strawberries
splash non-fat soy or other nut milk
pinch cardamom
pinch allspice
Put all ingredients into a Vita-Mix blender and blend until desired texture is reached. You can have it smooth or a little lumpy, whatever you desire.
For a little variation to this recipe you can also add different types of fruits, nuts and spices.

Just drank a version of this. I added a few raspberries, no spices, used water instead of milk to reduce calories and a packet of Splenda. Very filling. Will definately make a again.
