Mango Plum Smoothie

Plums are a great source of potassium and fiber as well as other vitamins and nutrients.
Ingredients:
1/2 mango
1 carrot
2 cups fresh baby spinach
2 plums
1 cup water
Directions:
In a Vita-Mix blender, add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
Serve immediately.
