Non Alcoholic Pina Colada Smoothie

Here’s a great recipe if you want the taste of a pina colada without the alcohol.

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cups milk
3 tbsp coconut

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a Vita-Mix blender and blend on high until smooth.

NOTE: This recipe works best if the pineapple, banana and yogurt are frozen first!

  1. Yogurt, milk and orange juice in the same smoothie… I would never have guessed orange juice could blend well with dairy! I make my own pina colada smoothie dairy free (and green) with pineapple, banana, spinach and coconut water (or coconut milk). You can see the recipe on my blog.

  2. Veronica I always thought that adding orange juice to a recipe that had dairy in it would be kind of gross but so far in the recipes I’ve tried like this I haven’t even noticed the orange juice (haven’t been able to taste it). Your version of this smoothie sounds good.
