Raspberry Chocolate Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients:
8 ounces raspberries (fresh or frozen will work)
4 ounces nonfat milk
4 ounces silken tofu (well-chilled)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon flaxseed powder
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a Vita-Mix blender.
Blend until smooth.

I love putting tofu in my smoothies–I can’t tell it’s there and I feel so darn healthy when I do it.
