Spiced Fruit Smoothie

This is a great recipe to drink on a crisp fall day. Ok so it’s not quite fall yet but it’s certainly getting close.

Ingredients:

1 banana (works best if cut into chunks and frozen first)
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup soy milk (you can use orange juice or water cinnamon)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

Place all ingredients into Vita-Mix blender.

Blend until smooth.

Note: You can also make different variations of this recipe by using different fruits such as apples, peaches, etc. You can also add vanilla, cloves or giner if you want.
